In our factory ,we use punching technology methods ,automatic molding methods,CNC spot-weld machine,manual welding and automatic welding.automatic welding is done by robotic arms that are programmed for precision and consistency,it’s perfect for mass production, because robots insurance stability and efficiency, but we still keep manual welding, well manual welding is better for specific situations like making samples or handing small batch order,it’s faster in these cases and ideal for parts that are too complex for machines.by combining both methods.
